We will give you an estimate over the phone prior to coming out, and if your job ends up less than estimated, we will charge you less. If it needs more work, we'll always check with you first before proceeding. We will ensure you are communicated with at all times throughout the job.

We will ensure you home is left as it was when we turned up.  There will be no mess left behind, and in fact you won't even know we have been there.

We will turn up when we say we will. If we are running late, you will receive a phone call advising this.  We value your time and appreciate that you have chosen us to work with you.
